2. Services Provided
Notrevu Ltd. offers subscription-based design services, including but not limited to:
  • UI/UX Design
  • Webflow Website Design and Development
  • Graphic Design Services
    • Services are delivered remotely and digitally.
    3. Subscription Terms
    • Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis.
    • Payment is due in advance each month via Stripe or PayPal.
    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
    • You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
    4. Active Task Limit
    • Each subscription plan allows for a set number of active tasks at any given time.
    • "Active" means the task currently being worked on.
    • Additional tasks are placed in a queue and completed as capacity becomes available.
    5. Turnaround Time
    • Most design tasks are completed within 1–2 business days.
    • Larger or more complex projects may take longer and will be communicated accordingly.
    6. Revisions
  • We offer unlimited revisions during the active subscription period.
  • Revision requests are handled within 1 business day in most cases.
    • 7. Intellectual Property
    • Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables.
    • We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
    8. Payment & Fees
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider.
    • 9. Client Responsibilities
    You agree to:
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals.
  • Supply all necessary materials (e.g., text content, logos, assets) in a timely manner.
  • Not use our work for unlawful or abusive purposes.
    • 10. Limitation of Liability
    Notrevu Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
    Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.
    11. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if:
  • Payment is not received on time.
  • Terms of Service are violated.
    • 12. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms of Service at any time.We’ll notify you of any significant changes via email or on our website.
    13. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
